Most homes are designed around sitting still — sofas facing screens, tables built for stillness. But a room can just as easily be designed around movement.
Start with open floor space near natural light. Keep one or two multifunctional objects, like an OVA weight, visible rather than stored away — visibility is the biggest predictor of whether something actually gets used.
Small shifts in layout compound over time. A cleared corner becomes a stretch break. A weight left on a side table becomes a rep between meetings.
