1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue

3. Change of Mind

As OVA products are premium, heavy, and carefully packaged, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Colour or finish variations due to screen settings
  • Improper use after delivery

4. Product Condition

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unaltered
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned with all accessories, protective materials, and documentation

Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing components may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

If your return request is approved, OVA will provide:

  • A replacement of the same product, or
  • A full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on OVA's part.
  • For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect products, OVA will bear the reverse shipping cost.
